Do you need a pen that works on the tablets to use Adobe, Sketchable and so on or can you still use the design cuts just with a mouse in the programme?

I’ve not worked with these types of programmes myself, however after looking online, it looks as though you’d require the pen tools since it’s for phones and tablets.
