Is there a way to remove the black circle with the fruit name from the image in Illustrator?

Thanks so much for commenting Natasha. You can definitely remove this in Illustrator! If you open the EPS file, you should see the black label as a separate layer, which you can deselect to remove from view :)

My copy does not have the black layer as a separate layer on neither the EPS nor the JPG files. Please advise.
