I’m ever so sorry to hear that you’re having difficulties finding your downloads! This particular Friday Freebie has actually been featured before as part part of our Starter Pack so I am thinking you may have possibly picked this item up in a past order, this could be why this freebie is not appearing at the top of your downloads. I’m afraid, with our latest website update, if you have picked up an item already, they will merge in your account automatically, which is why they may be further down. Rest assured we are currently looking at updating this, along with a feature to let you know if you have already picked up an item before, so my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused!
In the meantime, I would like to suggest logging into your account and using the search function (Cmd+F on a Mac, Control+F on a PC) to search for the brushes by name in your purchased items, to see if this was picked up in a previous order.
