I downloaded this product for the PNG files it lists in the description. I planned on using the PNGs to create brushes in Procreate instead of Illustrator but there were none present in the download files.

  The designer has included a raster source png file, along with vector eps files so you should be able to open these in Photoshop. If you have any difficulty locating these however, please let me know and I can definitely help!

  I am really sorry to hear that you’re having difficulties locating your downloads! This particular Friday Freebie has actually been featured before as part part of our Starter Pack so I am wondering if you have possibly picked up this item in a previous order, this could be why this freebie is not appearing at the top of your downloads. Unfortunately with our latest website update, if you have picked up an item previously, they will automatically merge in your account, which is why they may be further down. We are currently looking at updating this, along with a feature to let you know if you have already picked up an item before, so my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused!
  
  In this instance, I would recommend logging into your account and using the search function (Cmd+F on a Mac, Control+F on a PC) to search for the brushes by name in your purchased items, to see if this was picked up in a previous order.
