Shi Ying –
Hi,
I am unable to get to swashes (or any stylistic alternatives) through the character panel – I am only able to toggle standard ligatures. Same as Amy above.

Hey Shi,
I am so sorry that you are having trouble with this!
Would you mind confirming what programme you are working in? If you could even send over some screenshots of the steps that you are taking, that would be great, then I can look into this for you :)

Hey Amy,
I am so sorry that you are having trouble with this!
I’ve just popped you over an email to get some more information from you, so that I can help :)
clynch050 –
How do I make the swashes with this font?
sarah-jane@designcuts.com –
Hey Caroline,
I am so sorry for any confusion caused!
You can access them in the Stylistic Alternates and Glyphs area under the Characters tab. We actually have a really helpful tutorial on our website which shows you how to use these. I’ve added a direct link to this tutorial for you here: http://www.designcuts.com/design-cuts-deals/using-font-swashes/ :)
Vandy Ritter –
greetings! I purchased • Adelicia Script.otf (in the “24 Exceptional…” package. I see you now offer: • Adelicia Script Clean.otf
• Adelicia Script Rough.otf • Adelicia Script Slant.otf • Adelicia Script Slant Rough.otf
are the additional able to be a free upgrade for the package or do you have to “repurchase”? not sure what your policies are?thanks
sarah-jane@designcuts.com –
Hey Vandy,
Thank you so much for your comment!
The bundle that you purchased was quite a long time ago, an at the stage there was only the one weight available. We have however been in touch with the designer and the great news is, he’s given us the go ahead to update it with the rest of the files. Our Product Team have added a separate download link for these, so if you log into your account you should be able to download everything you need :)
Charliy Nash –
What do you mean by “Desktop Fonts Only”? Cam I use this font for print and design projects?
sarah-jane@designcuts.com –
Hey Charliy,
I am so sorry for any confusion caused with this!
It just means that we aren’t able to offer any web fonts or web font licensing for this font. As they are desktop fonts only, you can definitely use these for print and any other physical products :)
