Thanks for your comment and I can definitely help explain how Design Cuts works :)
So when you make your first purchase, you set up an account at the same time- we then place your purchase in there and you download from your account page! Depending on what item you have purchased, you will have the option to download using a One Complete Download link or individual links. If the bundle is really large, I would suggest using the individual links.
If you are in an area that has limited wifi or poor connectivity, please do let me know and we can usually send a link to Dropbox which can help with this :).
