There are 2 version sets in this collection.

The 1st versions are layered .TIF files which blend nicely with backgrounds. The files are layered to best preserve the delicate transparent areas of the illustrations such as the wings.

There are 2 layers stacked together. The 1st layer is the illustration set to the multiply blend mode which blends beautifully with most backgrounds. The 2nd layer is the illustration duplicated and set to the normal blend mode. This brings back the vibrancy and opacity of the original illustration. This layer has a layer mask which allows parts of the blended layer to show through. The result is an illustration that both blends into the background while maintaining vibrancy. These will work with most backgrounds, but might not be suitable for very dark backgrounds.

If that sounds complicated, it’s really not. In practice, you only need to open the file and drag the two layers into your design. Tweak if desired. There is a .PDF instruction sheet included.

They are compatible with any program that uses layers and blend modes, such as Photoshop and Photoshop Elements.

The 2nd set are sticker versions of the illustrations with a white border around them. They are .PNG files with transparent backgrounds. These are enchanting enhancements for designs such as a scrapbook style.
