I was able to download the backgrounds once and now I can’t copy and paste those backgrounds to new documents in Procreate and when I go to where my background files are saved on my iPad, the files are greyed out and I can’t re-import them to Procreate. Please help!

Thanks so much for commenting Adriane!

I am really sorry to hear that you are having difficulty opening some of your file sup in Procreate. I have just popped you over an email to get a little more information about how you installed these, so that we can get you back up and running as soon as possible :)
