   I purchased this item and when I downloaded the file on my new Mac that has Photoshop 2020 version I’m having issues. Only one image is available in the file. My purchase/ download link doesn’t have all the files. Only one Png image of an envelope.

     Oh no I am really sorry for any confusion over your mockups Stephanie!

     The designer wanted you to be able to have all of your mockups, backgrounds and objects located in one super convenient PSD file, so you should be able to open this up in Photoshop and access your individual elements from your layers panel!

     I have just popped you over an email to be able to go into further details on how to access these so I hope this helps :).

     Hey there,

     We always try and ensure that there is a wide range of software compatibility with our resources but unfortunately mockups are a little different and the majority of them require CC to work correctly. As the designers themselves have created these in CC, there, unfortunately, isn’t a legacy version available for older PS versions- my sincere apologies for this!

     I will definitely raise this with the designers though featured in the bundle and hopefully we can try and provide some compatible mockups for you in future :)

   Hi there

   I bought this pack, but i am struggling to change the colour of the envelope lining. I think it is just understanding how it works. Is there a way someone can give me the steps of how to edit the colour?

   Hi, just bought this set and using within Photoshop Elements 15. I love the simple design of the cards and extras, but I am unable to change the colour of the envelope – everything else is changeable including shadows. Please can you help?

     I am so sorry that you are having trouble using this one!

     This pack is actually only compatible Adobe Photoshop CS3 and newer I am afraid, I’m so sorry for any disappointment caused.

     Rest assured, the designers that we work with will always list the software compatibles in the description of each item on the deal page, so my sincerest apologies if you missed this. Whilst PSE does accept some PSD’s the designer has not created or tested this particular resource in this programme, so we can’t guarantee that it will work at it’s full capacity for you. I’ve popped you over an email though, to give you some more details on this.

     Thanks so much for your comment!

     These are particular greetings cards are 3000 x 2000 and A6 is 1240 pixels x 1748, so you can just re-size the mockup for the size that you need :)
