I downloaded it from the link you sent to my e-mail address, but there were only 2 brushes in it. There are no 24 brushes mentioned. 🙁

Hey Esra,
Thank you so much for coming back to me and I am really sorry for any confusion over your files. The designer wanted to help make importing these brushes as quick and easy as possible, and so has provided these brushes in two brushset files. Brushset files can contain multiple brushes so rest assured, once these brushsets are imported into Procreate, you should be able to see all of your brushes in one place, ready for you to get working with them :).

I am a new apple user and I have no idea how to install the E.W. set i just purchased. Is there an installation video?
Zack Parks –
Hey Justin,
Thanks so much for reaching out to us and I am so sorry to hear that you are having some difficulty installing your new resources. Rest assured I can certainly help you with this and have just popped you an email that should help get you up and running.

I purchased this set on November 7, 2019. I downloaded and installed again today, but none of the other brushes added. can you help me
Annabel Smith –
Hey Esra,
Thank you so much for commenting and I am really sorry to hear that you are having difficulty locating your brushes!
You should be able to find your updated brush files in a separate folder to your original brushset. This is so that you can add your new brushes in without having to uninstall and re-import all of your existing brushes.
To save you from any further delays, I have popped a link to your brushes over to you via email that should be able to help you get rock and rolling with them in no time!

I can’t download these onto procreate. I purchased them and went to download them but the file is grayed out and it is only 5 pictures of how to use the brushes and not any actual brushes. I’m worried I was scammed or something but if someone could reach out and help me if it wasn’t that would be great.
