Bring the beauty of Autumn to your designs with these luscious vintage illustrations of Fall leaves and berries.

These 13 illustrations are professionally scanned and retouched from in-house owned vintage originals. They were scanned at 600 ppi (DPI) so are 2x the size of the original vintage postcards. This makes them large enough for many design needs.

There are 2 versions of each file. One version is a flattened .JPG that includes all the delicate painted shadows. The 2nd version is a .PNG with the background transparent. I like using these 2 versions together on a textured background for a more blended look. The flat .JPG is set to the multiply blend mode so all those lovely shadow details blend with the background. Then, the .PNG version with the isolated background is put over this layer to keep the vibrancy of the original.

You will also find Bonus printables of all the files, plus postcard versions. These are wonderful for scrapbooking, journalling, crafts or “Happy Mail.”

You’ll want these in your design toolbox for seasonal projects for years to come!

Included in this set:

  • 13 flat .JPG files with illustration shadow details
  • 13 .PNG files with transparency
  • 600 DPI (twice the original size), sRGB
  • 5 printable sheets in .JPG format

Zipped File Size: 176 MB

File Types Included: JPG, PNG

Software Compatibility: All (Flat Images) .

    Hi,
Have always loved Catherine Klein’s art I would just like to be very clear on what I can do with these if I put them on one of my own backgrounds or if I acknowledge that they are Catherine Klein’s art would this be correct. I have purchased so would certainly like to make something with them maybe even a lovely fall calendar. Please let me know, and thanks.

That’s wonderful to hear you have always loved Catherine Klein’s art 🙂 You will need to use different elements together to create a wider scene that is unique to you – I have popped an example of this below, and I hope this helps Elaine 🙂:
