The designer has provided these elements as stylistic alternates, so you should be able to access them from your glyphs panel. I have just popped you over an email to be able to help you get working with these without any further hassle so I hope that this helps :).

The download only provides the fonts. The ‘Full set alphabet with symbols, numerals and punctuation’ is missing…

Thanks so much for your comment and I’m so sorry for any confusion! The designer wanted to clarify that the Halau font family contains the full alphabet, with symbols, numbers and punctuation, as these are not all shown within the individual preview graphics, so your should see these within all of your font files :).
