I have problem downloading this too. When clicking on the link in “Your downloads” I get redirected to this page. Thought it was temporary so I’ve now waited a week but still experience the same issue. Appreciate help with this!

I’m really sorry for any confusion over your downloads. So when you visit your account page, you should see a list of your resources. Instead of clicking on the name of the product, which is linked to the product page, you need to click on the green box that says ‘view files’ as these are your download links. I have the same issue downloading to iPad Air (and with another sample as well). I had no issues if downloaded on my main Mac.
