kirally mccann –
hi does this pack mean you can create custom logos to sell to customers?
SJ- Community Manager –
Heu Kirally,
Thank you so much for your comment! The great news is, with our current licensing terms you can now use logo creation kits for your logos, however with all of your proposed designs you would need to provide your customer with a flattened end design, wherein they are unable to extract the resources or work with them in any way. This means that you cannot create editable templates or allow your customers to make changed to the logo themselves.
If you want to use any other graphics within your logo design, then you must make sure that the elements are combined with other resources, artwork or original design work, so that you are not using an illustration as a primary mark for an organization. You also cannot copyright these end logos, as the design elements are not unique to you.
If you could send me over a visual example of what you are hoping to create, I can double check whether it is adhering to the terms of use for you :)
I hope this helps but please do let me know if you are unsure on anything regarding the license. I am always here and happy to help!
