Are the individual overlays accessible so that I could use them manually in an older version of Photoshop or one of the Affinity products? It seems from the description that they are not.

The designer has only provided these overlays in one PSD file unfortunately so my apologies for any disappointment caused.
We do have a similar shadow overlays pack in our Marketplace that does include JPG files which should work in most design-based software here: https://bit.ly/3fR9yso I hope this helps!
