Using the technology behind my best selling product AquaType, I’ve managed to achieve realistic gold effects in vector format. All you have to do is choose 1 of the 18 Gold or Silver textures, click play and you’re done. It’s literally that easy.
The effect also adds inconsistent edges to the type, like you would get when gold leaf ruffles at the sides. At the same time it adds a hand written look to any font, which can be easily turned off if you’re already working with hand drawn type.

Thanks so much for commenting and I am really sorry for any confusion over the compatibility of Shimmer and Shine.
We do always include the software compatibility on the deal page, and unfortunately Ian has only listed Adobe Illustrator as compatible. You should be able to open the textures in Affinity, however as this pack includes Illustrator styles and an action, this may not work as fully intended in Affinity Designer.
We do always offer a 30 day trial period, so I would be more than happy for you to purchase this pack, and test it out to see if it is useful for you. Hopefully you do find it to be useful, but if not, simply let us know within 30 days of your purchase and we will happily refund you in full :).
