can we get a backsaved version for CS6? I wasn’t able to open as it was saved by a newer version, thanks!
sarah-jane@designcuts.com –
Hey Stephanie,
I am so sorry that you are having trouble with this!
Usually, if the files have been created in a newer version, it means that the designer doesn’t have access to an earlier version to test this on I am afraid. If you can let me know the exact files you are having trouble with though, I can get our Product Team to check this with the designers :)

I’m having the same problem, working in CS4 :(
sarah-jane@designcuts.com –
Hey Ahakius,
Oh I am sorry to hear this!
If you can let me know exactly which file is throwing up this error, then I can try and find a workaround for you :)
Jessica Welker –
Hi Stephanie, this might help–worked for me. Just create a new file (File–>New) in your version of Illustrator and then place (File–>Place) the EPS.

Great suggestion Jessica, thanks so much for helping out :)

This freebie says it includes ‘samples of some of the world’s leading fonts families’. It does not, it includes the outlines only not the font.
sarah-jane@designcuts.com –
Hey Michless,
I do apologize for any confusion caused by this!
When we say a ‘sample’, we do mean an example of some of these fonts used for the wording in the tutorial which have been outlined, as opposed to a copy of the actual font families. Due to the value of these fonts, we aren’t able to provide them as freebies I am afraid. I’m so sorry for any disappointment caused.

The title for this Freebie also says “… Font Outlines..”
Cheers!
