Going to download and the files are just numbered and don’t have the artists’ names like usual. I don’t download all at once so how do I know which ones are in each number? The PDF doesn’t address it either.

Thank you so much for commenting and I am really sorry for the organisation on your bundle files. This particular bundle was one of our very early bundles and released in 2014. With our newer bundles, we do of course try our best to label all of our bundle parts super clearly, as well as offering our Helpful Documents to help you refer back to your items. Unfortunately with our earlier bundles, these are organised slightly differently so my apologies for any inconvenience caused!
If you are trying to locate any items in particular Tina, please feel free to pop us an email anytime and we will be happy to double-check the files for you and direct you to which items are in your different parts.

We have actually just included a new feature in the Account page which enables you to search your purchases. You can now search and sort your products to check if you have already picked something up -this works for individual marketplace items and bundles :)

I tried searching for the “Vintage Scrapbooking Selection” and it returned no results. It seems some directions would help as to how to search. By seller? By the name of the specific seller’s bundle? I think this could be great, once i know how to use it, but right now, I still cannot see my older purchases in the account section any more and also, I need to know which sellers are included, and not just Download 1, Download 2, etc. As we go into the weekend, will I be receiving an answer? I know we’re in different time zones, but it can be hard to receive timely answers and it makes it hard when I have a deadline. Thank you.

I am really sorry for any confusion caused. You can use the filter on the left hand side to ‘search by: bundle’, then you can type in the search bar. I would suggest using keywords such as Scrapbooking if it does not appear right away :)

Annabel, I’m trying to look up my oldest purchases and they stop at newer ones – at the The Fantastical Festive Designer’s Collection – but I’ve been a customer since 2014 and it should go back farther. Do you no longer have these available to find from my account? If so that’s trouble for me because I cannot download each bundle in total. I just don’t have the bandwidth. Please advise. Thank you.

I am really sorry for any confusion caused -as you may have seen, we have recently updated the layout for your downloads in your account. Unfortunately with this update, this has actually ordered your purchases from oldest to newest, which means that your latest orders will be at the bottom of your page.
Our technical team is aware of this and is currently on the case to fix this as soon as possible. In the meantime however, you should see a search bar at the top of your downloads list, where you can ‘search for downloadable products :)

Because of this, it’s unlikely that we’ll be offering it again soon.
