Photo Spirit

Cyanotype Digital Photoshop Effect

Cyanotype is a photographic printing process that produces a cyan-blue print.

Engineers used the process well into the 20th century as a simple and low-cost process to produce copies of drawings, referred to as blueprints. The process uses two chemicals: ferric ammonium citrate and potassium ferricyanide.

But, we can discard all these technical difficulties and use our favorite Photoshop to get the same aesthetic result in a few minutes.

Addon includes work with photos and graphic material. You can imitate cyanotype design with negatives and with the contours of various objects, plants and even fonts. This can be useful for creating postcards, wall arts, posters, antique-styled photos, etc.

Embark on a mind-blowing journey from Asia to Europe with Colors Of Spring Patterns!

In each country, spring comes in its own way, and in order to show you these differences we have united such diverse regions in one set of patterns. Your journey will start in Japan and continue to China, then you will pass through the Mongolian steppes, cross Russia and finally find yourself in Europe.

For each region, we have individually selected a set of colors that best describe the flowering of spring in the chosen region.
For Asia, the spring is characterized by a variety of pink and lilac shades. Sakura blooms, peonies, magnolia and camellias blossom. Falling petals of flowering plants create the effect of colored rain.

For central Asia, we have chosen sandy and light green hues. For this region, spring is the brightest season of the year. At this time in the dry steppes, most plants come to life and blossom, and together they form natural colorful carpets.

For Europe, we have selected juicy green, blue and white colors. In Europe, spring comes gradually, the first leaves and snowdrops appear after willow’s bloom, then the lilies of the valley open, the bird cherry blossoms, and the final awakening of nature takes place.

All the elements in our set are depicted with great love for nature. Our patterns are distinguished by their attention to detail and the drawing of objects.

Here’s a complete list of plants, insects and animals that we used in our set of patterns:

French Kiss Collections

1912 French Geometrie Papers, Overlays & Graphics

Add visual depth and interest to your designs with vintage French geometry figures and text!

This highly versatile collection comes from an in-house owned vintage 1912 French textbook on Geometry (Geometrie in French!).

There are 24 papers with that gorgeous “kiss of time” patina professionally scanned and delicately retouched. They were scanned at 600 dpi, so they are twice as large as the originals at approximately 5000 px high – just shy of 16.5 inches. The pages have been extracted from the background and are ready to drop onto your design.

Each page has also been converted into transparent overlays which give you even greater possibilities for blending into your design. An instruction .PDF for changing the colour in Photoshop has been included.

For even greater convenience, 50 graphics and script excerpts (plus variations) have been isolated and provided in both .PNG and vector formats. This is where things get fun as you have the freedom to layer and arrange the graphics and text to create designs with depth. Combine with a texture and play with the colours and blend modes!
