Hi there, I do not get any of the swirls either. Even though I’m using affinity Design. That’s quite frustrating and should be mentioned more clearly in the product info.

Oh no, I am really sorry to hear that you are having a little difficulty locating your font glyphs.
We do advise on all our font deal pages that stylistic alternates do require professional software that supports Open Type Features so my apologies if you possibly missed this, Lilli.
The great news however is that Affinity Designer does actually support Open Type features, so you should be able to access these in your preferred software. To help you get up and running with your font I have attached a link to a video tutorial on accessing glyphs: https://bit.ly/2Ut6BJC
I hope this helps Lilli!

I Annabel I have decided to take your offer of a refund for this font as I mainly liked the swirly look and until I get photoshop or something similar it really is of no use to me. How do we do this. Thanks for your assistance.
Annabel Smith –
Thanks for coming back to me and I am sorry to hear that Vakia is not useful for your particular needs.
As promised, I can certainly help to get this organised for you so that you can pick up some alternative goodies so you should see an email from me really soon!
