I get this error message when I click the “Download” button:

Is it because I live in a different timezone? It’s the 27th for me right now in New Zealand but the clock on this website might still be the 26th.

Just recently purchased your portrait creator because I love personalizing cards and invites. I am very new to using Illustrator so please don’t laugh too hard when I ask …How do you get the tabs of the different choices to show up to be able to choose your options for hair,clothing and such ? I have watched your tutorial a few times and still can’t figure it out.
