I downloaded this but I can not get it to come out like the pictures shown, there is no contact e-mail for the creator to find out what settings were used. Can someone provide technical support and give me the exact style name and additional effects used if any to create text that looks like the “Foil” text in the picture of the advertisement?

We can certainly help you achieve the effects that you are after with this pack. We do not have any other tutorials for working with this pack, to the PDF guide provided by the designer, however we will be happy to pop the designer a message to see if they can let us know exactly how they created their cover image :).
