The great news is that all of our products, including our freebies, come with our extended licence so you can certainly use these for creative projects. Our full licence can be found here: https://www.designcuts.com/licensing/
This particular pack does list Adobe Photoshop in the software compatibility so this will not work in any free software. We do have a large number of freebies in our Marketplace however, which should work in a variety of design software so if you would like to let us know what software you are using, we will be happy to help point you in the right direction of some resources that should be able to work for you :).

Thank you for reaching out to us! These text effects have been provided as smart objects, as PSD files only so unfortunately, they are not compatible with Procreate. Rest assured, we do always list the software compatibility on all of our deal pages, and you can also visit our Procreate section, to check out all of our Procreate items in one place!
