The Creative Journey is a unique insight into how to build a creative business from scratch. Follow along as Jo Fallon shows the Design Cuts community the ups and downs of starting her business The Cotswold Chalkboard.

In this week’s episode we’re happy to see a rested and more relaxed Jo :) She starts the episode by running us through some work she’s been doing for a client who owns a Fish and Chip shop in Cirencester and she is hoping that since this is a bit further from her town, the boards will be a great marketing opportunity and hopefully will help promote her work to more clients.

Jo took a breather from the Design Cuts pack and she is now working on something a little bit different and designing a Chinese New Year poster for the Asparagasm Hub. We’re pleased to see that even though she is working a bit later, Jo is not doing any sleepless nights and she is actually getting some rest :)

As she’s been struggling with her work load, we’ve suggested to Jo to skip one week of doing the vlog, so she can get back on track with other projects. Jo’s finding a bit strange getting back to the vlog and since she’s been away for some time she’s giving us and update on the work she’s done for various clients and we’re glad that she’s got so much going on and the business is doing well.
