An that is a tiny head lol
Folks, I’m am utterly gobsmacked!!! Seriously, I had a really long day at work and then had a hectic evening at home. I almost didn’t check my email (it’s almost midnight here in the States!), but man, this made my day.
Tom, Matt, and Darren, you guys rock. Seriously.
And to the DesignCuts members, my suggestions were:
Here is my wish list of things I’d like to see in the future:
1. Plug-in deals. I think a lot of designers would really snap up anything from Dustin Lee’s RetroSupply Co plugins. I have several of his plugins, and I think these plugins have really improve a lot of the vintage style photo projects I’ve done that call for a retropress feel.
2. Like a lot of commenters, I think some font/typography deals would be popular. The Decade Type Foundry from Indonesia would be a good choice. The offerings are top notch and really fit the type styles from the Victorian Age. I’ve used Appleton in my own work.
3. Make it easier to find the tutorials from past deals (or make them available). Maybe offer a free pdf compilation of the tutorials from Chris Spooner and others would be awesome.
4. A designers’ corner. This could a place for designers to trade tips, display their own projects, and to solicit advice on works-in-progress.
Thanks again for the awesome feedback Justin. Your comment made OUR day :).
We can’t wait to send you your new iPad and we hope you get plenty of great design work done using it.
Thanks to everyone for their support and comments. Once again, the Design Cuts community rocks!
Congratulation Justin
