Gina Tomes –
I’m sorry to hear you are having some trouble Céline – I’ve popped an email over to you to help 🙂
Jake Sepulveda –
Hi there! I’m also getting that threshold error. Any suggestions you can share publicly? Using Adobe CC.
Gina Tomes –
Hey Jake,
I’m sorry to hear you are having some trouble. As actions are programmed to follow specific task paths, it is really important that your layer is named exactly as the designer advises, as if you rename any layers, or include your image in a separate layer, this can trigger a threshold error message- so my apologies if this is possibly the case.
I have popped an email over you, and I would love to help Jake :)
Scott Womack –

The instructions do not address this.

Thank you so much for reaching out to us George and I am so sorry if you are feeling put off by your purchase in any way.
Rest assured, we do always thoroughly test all of our products before they are available to purchase and I can certainly help guide you through the steps to get up and running with your Engraved and Halftone actions. I have emailed you over some tips as well as a demo video of what we can see when working with it so I hope that this helps!
