Artistic Photo Overlays set 4 consists of 5 bokeh blending overlays. Bokeh overlays can be used to focus attention on a subject in the photo and help tone down distracting backgrounds. Other uses for the overlays is to add unique looks or even a touch of whimsy with shapes and color.
