Hi, my name is Kris Lauren. For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved to draw and paint. I have the absolute joy and pleasure of being a professional artist for a couple of decades now and it’s always a privilege to be able to share my knowledge through teaching. I’m trained as a traditional and digital artist, and I enjoy using both of those aspects in my work.
I’ve created this course for anyone who would like to learn how to draw and paint watercolor flowers and botanicals. It’s specifically made for the iPad and Procreate, but you can follow along using traditional media if you prefer and you can just as easily follow along in other software platforms like Photoshop, Fresco or similar .
If you’re a beginner, that’s no problem, this course is designed to start at the very beginning, and I’ll be walking you through the whole way. Whether you have little experience with the medium or know your way around Procreate, this course has something for you. The course will have theory and practical examples, and you’ll learn through easy, practical, step by step projects, to work on and improve your skills.
After you finish this course, you’ll have a new confidence in drawing and painting flowers and botanicals in digital watercolor as you’ve walked through the whole process, beginning to end. I don’t have and iPad or Procreate. Do you have a class for people who are interested but have different apps like Affinity Designer? Can you be successful with a mouse and pen tablet that doesn’t display?
