Unfortunately these particular brushes have been created for Procreate, and so will not be compatible with Photoshop Elements. I’m really sorry for any disappointment caused! We do always list the software compatibility on the deal page, so that you can see exactly which items should work with your software, and if you are looking for any resources in particular, please do let us know and we can certainly help narrow down your search :).
