This brushpack is amazing! I’m always on the search for realistic brushes to try and achieve similar effects as I can get in real life. And I especially love texture! The more texture, the better. This feels very much like painting with acrylics using abstract techniques…basically throwing everything but the kitchen sink at the canvas. They’re a unique set that I’ll be using in a lot of my work going forward. I can see these working well from realism with abstract elements, every kind of mixed media you can imagine, all the way to pure abstract. I’m very picky about my brushes. These are very well done and I’m very happy to have found them.

Hi – the brushfiles did not appear in the downloaded folders on my ipad. Everything else but the brushes did. They show in the .zip file. The files had a strange OAD_.brushfile name with a pencil icon… have never seen that before. Can you please help me? I sent a note with an image as well.

I had the same issue with the files in Dropbox, and I think that the problem is that using emoji characters in a filename can make them inaccessible. To fix the issue, simply delete the emoji characters from the brushset filenames and they will show up when importing.

I enjoy putting emojis in filenames like a lot of creatives, but unfortunately this could mess up other file systems.

Thank you for sharing how you were able to download the files, Gary – the files are labelled by the designer, and this is super helpful for our community to work with their brushes. I hope you have fun being creative with your new brushes :).
