The designer has provided .EPS files with the T-Shirt Factory Vector collection, so this should work in AI, however this bundle expired a few years ago now so it isn’t available for purchase I am afraid. I am so sorry to disappoint you! I have popped you an email though, with some Marketplace suggestions :)
