Zero waste is the preservation of all resources through the conscientious production, consumption, reuse and restoration of all items, packaging and materials.

The Zero Waste concept is a holistic, systematic approach that is aimed at mass transformation: it requires a radical change in the way materials are used. The absence of garbage is achieved not only through recycling and reuse.
